All presenters are required to register and pay by the close of author registration (date to be advised).
All ISAFG oral sessions will be in the Hickinbotham Hall. The ISAFG poster sessions will be in the Ferguson & Broughton Rooms. The FAANG workshop sessions will be in Hickinbotham and Broughton Room. Sponsors will be located in the Concourse. Lunch and teas will be served in the Hickbotham Hall and the Concourse. See floor plan for details.
For the oral presentations, Powerpoint slides are best and should be sized for wide screen (16:9). Please contact the organisers if you are using a different program for your slides or need to show a video. Presenters are expected to upload their slides no later than 30 minutes prior to their session (see Scientific Program). Presenters will NOT be able to use their own computers. So please bring the presentation on a USB flash drive stick.
Quick Fire Poster Talk session
Presenters at the Quick Fire sessions are requested to prepare their oral presentation as above and prepare their poster as below.
Oral and Poster Presentations
For the poster presentations, the posters should be in portrait orientation. The posters should be A0 in size (that is, 841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches for width x height). Velcro and poster numbers will be provided upon arrival. Please plan to arrive by 7:30 am on Monday morning to mount your poster. Posters must be mounted before the start of the first plenary session (Monday, 8:30 am). Posters should remain mounted until after 5 pm on Tuesday afternoon. Posters not removed by 6 pm on Tuesday may be retrieved from the registration desk on Wednesday but will not be kept thereafter.
There will be 2 poster sessions on Monday, Nov 12th, in the Ferguson/Broughton Rooms (see National Wine Centre floorplan). Those with even numbered posters will present after lunch (12:30 to 1:30 pm) and those with odd numbered posters will present prior to the Welcome Reception (5:30 to 6:30 pm). Please attend your posters during these times.
Student poster awards will be given at the Conference Dinner. So be sure to attend the Dinner!
